PROTOTYPES

Starbuck Machining specializes in protos, both 3D and 2D, as well as obsolete parts. We can reverse engineer or reconstruct, if there is enough data from the worn out part. For 3D we can utilize most files, DXF, IGES, Wire Frame, Solid Models, etc. The program we use is Mastercam X7.

We are capable of aiding with development of new products, or testing out modifications to an existing product. We work hand in hand with the producer to assist them in achieving their goals, and have developed protos for floor care machines, aquatic applications, new product launches, and more.
